推力球轴承  

    推力球轴承采用高速运转时可承受推力载荷的设计，由带有球滚动的滚道沟的垫圈状套圈构成。由于套圈为座垫形，因此，推力球轴承被分为平底座垫型和调心球面座垫型两种类型。另外，这种轴承可承受轴向载荷，但不能承受径向载荷。该种轴承的接触角为90度，只能承受单向轴向载荷，可以限制轴或者外壳一个方向的轴向位移，安装时轴和外壳孔的轴线不允许有倾斜。

组成

    推力球轴承由座圈、轴圈和钢球保持架组件三部分构成。与轴配合的称轴圈，与外壳配合的称座圈。

用途

    只适用于承受一面轴向负荷、转速较低的机件上，例如起重机吊钩、立式水泵、立式离心机、研磨机、球磨机等。轴承的轴圈、座圈和滚动体是分离的，可以分别装拆。

Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads during high-speed operation. They consist of a washer-shaped ring with a raceway groove for the balls. Because the ring is a seat, thrust ball bearings are divided into two types: flat seat pad type and self-aligning spherical seat pad type. Furthermore, this bearing can support axial loads but not radial loads. This bearing has a contact angle of 90 degrees and can only support unidirectional axial loads. It limits axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction and does not allow tilting of the axis between the shaft and the housing bore during installation.

Composition

A thrust ball bearing consists of a seat washer, a shaft washer, and a ball cage assembly. The shaft washer mates with the shaft, while the seat washer mates with the housing.

Applications

This bearing is suitable only for low-speed machines subject to one-sided axial loads, such as crane hooks, vertical water pumps, vertical centrifuges, grinding machines, and ball mills. The shaft ring, race, and rolling elements of the bearing are separate and can be installed and removed separately.
