E-type spherical roller bearings

E/E1-type spherical roller bearings belong to a category of spherical roller bearings. They use symmetrical spherical rollers, two hardened steel stamped cages, inner rings without flanges and with a middle retaining ring guided by the cage.

Features:

It has two steel plate stamped cages with hardened surfaces, inner rings without flanges and with a middle retaining ring guided by the outer ring. Its function is to reduce bearing friction, help guide the rollers in the non-load area, and assist the rollers to enter the load area. At the same time, the roller length is increased, so the rated load has been greatly improved. Usually the rated load can be increased by 20% to 35%.

It is mainly used in small-sized vibrating screens, as well as in situations where it is in a rapid start-up or the speed changes sharply.

E型调心滚子轴承

E/E1型调心滚子轴承属于调心滚子轴承的一个分类，它采用对称球面滚子，两片淬火钢冲压保持架，内圈无挡边和带一个由保持架引导的中挡圈。

特点：

具有表面经过硬化的两个钢板冲压保持架,内圈无挡边和带

一个外圈引导的中挡圈。它的作用在于减小轴承摩擦，有助于在非载荷区内引导滚子，并协助滚子进入载荷区，同时滚子长度加大，所以额定载荷有了较大的提高。通常额定负荷可提高20%～35%。

主要应用于小尺寸型振动筛,以及处于快速启动或转速急剧

变化的的场合。
